Refund policy

We will accept the return of like-new items within 30 days of the purchase date (Canadian and US customers only).

Conditions apply:

1. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.

2. Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.

3. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.

4. If your item is damaged, please email support@feverdreamseng.com.

5. Items that are final sale and ineligible for return are noted as such on the product's page, in the shopping cart, and in emailed order confirmations.
