ORDER PROCESSING:‬

Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order. Your product might be 3D-printed on-demand!

Expect an email within 2 days to let you‬ know if your order is picked from available stock or in the process of being manufactured. Then, we'll follow up to let you know when your order has shipped!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:‬

Shipping charges for‬‭ your order will be calculated and‬ displayed at checkout. We offer Shopify discounted USPS rates.

FREE domestic shipping on orders over $50!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

‭We do not ship outside the US at this time.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

We will accept the return of like-new items within 30 days of the purchase date (US customers only).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬ at support@feverdreamseng.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We‬ address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory‬ solution.

Conditions apply:

1. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.

2. Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.

3. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.

4. If your item is damaged, please email support@feverdreamseng.com.

5. Items that are final sale and ineligible for return are noted as such on the product's page, in the shopping cart, and in emailed order confirmations.
